Quality
Quality control & compliance
Protective equipment is only as good as the last unit in the carton. TASINO applies a documented three-stage control process to every production run.

Product Inspection
Checked against the approved sample, every time
Each order is inspected against the approved reference sample and a written specification covering measurements, materials, reflective performance, hardware, labelling and packing. Inspection reports with photographic evidence are shared before shipment, and third-party inspection can be arranged on request.
Quality Control
Three-stage process
Supplier Qualification
Factories are assessed on equipment, technical staff, certification history and previous export performance before a first order is placed.
In-Line Production Control
Fabric and component verification, first-article approval and in-process checks on stitching, tape placement, sizing and hardware.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
AQL-based random sampling covering measurement, workmanship, function, labelling, packing and carton marking before release.
Compliance
Standards we work to
Applicable standards depend on the product and destination market. TASINO coordinates testing and technical documentation so that declarations of conformity and certificates are available with the shipment.
